Updated April 26, 2004: A fun downtown amusement park for fans of Flippy the Clown, Simslice's own beloved (or not) non-player character acrobat!

Description by Jim:

Follows a Japanese-style theme using only Maxis walls, floors and roofs. It can house up to eight sims at once, in four identical bedrooms. An indoor arcade is in back, along with a halfpipe, slide, pond, etc. Also, as in all of my Vacation lots, you take a bath in the hot tubs. (That way you get comfort, hygiene, social, and fun at once)

Livin' Large, House Party, Hot Date, Vacation, Unleashed EPs.

Custom Textures/objects: Three objects Jim made are included, which are an espresso machine, a coffee maker and a counter. No expansion packs are required to use these 3 objects. Details are in the enclosed "readme" file, so please check it out.

NOTE: You don't need the expansion packs listed above to download this lot (except for Vacation of course) - you only need them to use the objects, walls, etc. that come with it (which is pretty much the point). Otherwise, when you first enter the house, it will say "Missing Objects", and you will miss out on a lot of fun by not having them, however no harm will be done to your game.
