I will build a childbearing family safe house later, but this one is just for developing your skills, and your cash until you can build a larger home. This is a lot of fun, if a little sick! If a Sim comes to see you here, he really wants to see you. And just forget the burglar! It takes 2 minutes 11 seconds of your time (in slowest play speed) and 1 hour 45 minutes of your Sim's time to get from the door to the ground. So break down and cheat a fortune, 'cause you are NEVER going to get your Sims to work on time. If it gets to be too much, you can easily build a shortcut across the spaces and fence it off.
